It’s worded weirdly, playing 60 games this season isn’t his bonus. But if he played 60 games this season, next years bonus would be considered “likely”. “Likely” bonus’s count against the teams cap space.
(Like nick collisions MVP bonus never counted against cal space, but if the bucks gave giannis one for making the playoffs it would)
