People keep saying it's time for a new voice. Acting like Casey have coach these players for a long time Killian and Stewart the senior players on the team. They are role players. Cade has been here two years. Bagley a little over one year. Ivey and Duren are rookie. So who the hell is running Casey out. Casey's job was to tank and get players trained up. Did Cade look like the #1 pick? Has Ivey improved from the start of the year? Duren was expected to be in the G league. Wiseman has shown that he belongs in the league and just needed playing time. The dude is essentially a rookie. Played exactly 81 nba games with 3 college games under his belt. It's not like Casey has had a roster that could have won anything. I'm not saying Casey is the coach to lead this team to a championship, but be fair to the man. I've notice a lot the Detroit commentators acting like this team should be farther along. You all talking talking about the okc and how they got to the finals. Go check out his they vane along. 2008-9 Durant 2nd yr, Westbrook rookie year, Jeff Green 2nd yr. They won 23 games. And they were 1-12 to start the season. Now let's imagine if Durant had gone after that bad start. How many games do you think they would have won? The next year they drafted Harden and Ibaka. They didn't make it to the finals till Durant 5th year.
They needed a change at head coach years ago. This soft ass team needs a coach like Wallace.

We need Jerry Stackhouse!! We were 11th in attendance. Not saying who I work for, but that's part of my job. Brandon Miller is by far the best fit. We should not draft 4 guards in 4 years! It will be a huge mistake if we draft Scoot at 2. Wemby will not be healthy, players that tall have never lasted. I don't see why he will be any different
Duren is averaging 9 ppg, and 9 rpg playing only 25 mins per game. Dwight averaged 12 ppg, and 10 rpg playing 33 mins per game. Give Jalen Dwight's playing time, and he'd be putting up better number than Dwight did his rookie year!
The whole system was built around Cade. After Cade got hurt they're doing their best to get us Wemby. So, next season should look alot different. I could see them making the Play Ins 💯

I constantly hear people bring up Stackhouse and Chauncey, but Lindsey Hunter as the head coach??? I even saw an article about Sheed being a possibility. I guess the local sports media really want former players to take over the coaching. Lions must've spoiled them.

I would laugh if we ended up trading Bojan and Wiseman to the Lakers for Anthony Davis.
I think a player that can play SF or PF is going to be the sign of the off season. Whether that be Kuzma or Cam Johnson. I think the "we need vets" thing is over played, we have solid vets and you have enough information out there to know how to win. You don't need to pay a guy to learn it. Bring in a coach, sign some more talent and make a run.

Casey landed on a 20plus million dollar hand grenade for the organization. He came when they had zero direction, went through the heavy lifting of the rebuild. With that the man god paid extremely well. Thank you for your service, time for a change.
