Finally sign a center AFTER Mo Bamba comes back lmao, that luxury tax seriously has Jeanie pressed

I called it yesterday to a couple of friends that we’d sign TT.

I’m gonna miss Davon though. He was a great cheerleader unironically

Jeanie Buss is such a poverty owner. Lakers could’ve used another center 15 games ago but she waits till the last day of the season because it’s cheaper lol

WE GOT ANOTHER UNDERSIZED CENTER, LEAGUE IS FUCKED

  11. Magnet5150

That was the best center they could get? Tristan is washed and he’s only like 6’9

TT was really really really terrible on our team last year, shoutout to LeBron for keeping his boys getting paid.

Damn, Reed was really carving out a valuable role as a hype man and cheerleader. Only half-joking lol

i really don’t get why people are acting like this is doom and gloom lmfao. The center position is Anthony Davis’ spot. Whatever his backup situation is, if the Lakers are intending to go deep, it won’t be for very many minutes, and right now we have Wenyen Gabriel and Mo Bamba as backups. Tristan Thompson is there literally just for some veteran leadership on a postseason run, hop in for 2 minutes at the end of blow outs and grab some boards.

  17. Man I saw ‘Shaq’ and ‘veteran center’ and jumped to some wild conclusions, and I’m not sure it would be any more foolish than the ghost of TT

Tough to see a Celtics legend go to LA
