They probably need to look at basketball reference or some other site to check, or watch some of those games before they say stuff that isn't anywhere close to the facts. Overall in all their season games, the Pelicans defense held SGA to 45.7% shooting, his average is 50.1%.
Two of those games Herb was fully guarding SGA, the other two, Herb was in foul trouble early, causing him to sit on the bench for a lot of time. The games where he was on him, he shot 7-21 and 8-21, so yea .. he can guard him and SGA will be clamped up. This was including a lot of turnovers (6 and 7) or he was out of the play altogether because Herb was denying him the ball. It is to the credit of SGA's insane skill that he still had high scoring games, regardless of being inefficient, a lot of it coming at the line.
