It's my fault Dame is going to be traded for peanuts this summer since I finally bought a Dame jersey.
Sharpe’s athleticism is top 5 in the NBA right now and he’s only 19. I don’t see a world where he doesn’t become a top 5 player in the NBA in the future

Lottery ——> champions is reductive. Cavs got the #1 pick, traded it for love and lebron went to the finals.
Warriors were in the lottery, missed the playoffs the next year by losing in the play in, won the championship.
Suns went from being the worst team in the association to going to the finals the next year.

Trade for older often injured players around Dame. Or trade Dame for draft picks. Either/or. I suggest an alternative — wait to see if you get the Big VW. Then go all in on youth, if you get him. Going for youth against VW is futile. Going for Now before VW becomes a French Freak is logical. So not either way without assessing VW.

Love Dame will forever be my favorite player. Im trading Dame before I trade Sharpe. You said it yourself the thunder are out here competing with 20 year olds and that team isnt even as talented as the blazers at the top of their lineup. Unless we’re getting a real all nba mvp types we’re probably not gonna have the depth to be real contenders with no remaining assets. That Mikal and bam scrnario sounds nice but I highly doubt we will be able to pull something like tht off. I feel like we’re better off getting mikal and a slightly worse center in myles turner, while keeping sharpe because his upside will propel the team as Dame declines

It just doesn't make any sense to try to thread this needle with Dame and the vet scenario. Blazers have a very solid young core with Ant, Sharpe, Little, Reddish, Thybulle, IT takes 4-5 years to build a championship level roster because guys have to learn how to play together as a unit. Watch how effortless the Warriors or Celtics play together and move the ball. It takes time and commitment. Dame to Knicks!

It’s not that complicated you get a top 4 pick you keep the pick if you get 5th through 7th pick you trade it.. no world 🌎 you ever trade sharpe!! Dame can play with a top 4 pick talent wise the rest of picks players go all in, not that complicated
