That there are people who can casually ‘decline to offer more than 5.6 billion dollars’ for anything is just a little bit… uh… skewed. Yeah, that’s the word I like right now for that. Because he offered exactly that much, 5.6 billion. Ostensibly that means he has more than that.
Man I’d like to be able to say “I decline to offer more than 5.6 million’ for anything… or even just 560,000… and not be hurtin’ to even offer it up in the first place. :p
