IMO this is standard operating procedure for a “nuisance” suit, before either getting both cases dismissed (probably Ja’s lawyers’ ideal scenario), or settling out of court.

Suprised it cost him All-NBA. Melo was All NBA with his suspension and Kobe was All-NBA during the rape allegations. His play mirrors last year maybe better pool of PGs this year
I mean. Legally he has a case. The damages are pretty clear.
