Dude when u have a guy that can see, on the sidelines, guiding play, u want a guy u believe in, Nate didn't know at a level of chip, he is the go between to develop young talent, we were winning, 25 games, now we r better than our record, again, strap up baby
Just add to what yall were saying when comparing Nate with Quinn. Quinn is more engaged in the moment, like look at when Miami started to go on a run, Quinn would call a timeout before Miami would too hot. That makes all the difference when you are managing a game, and players can see that. The new NBA is a much faster pace game and Nate wasn't willing to change.
I love Quinn but he better start playing AJ Griffin more!!!
