Sign a good head coach, preferably nick nurse since he has proven to develop players. But more importantly, give the team an identity and philosophy.
Sign some veterans with leadership skills and a history of winning. Ideally a PG and SF, who can be rotations guys and don’t need the ball to make an impact on offense.
Lastly, and this is just a hope. New ownership. Tillman is just the worst. And yeah, fuck bubba Gump shrimp.

Why do we want harden back? Exactly what will he teach the young players? He wasn’t exactly an ideal veteran. In fact he quit on the rockets. No thanks. We could get better veteran leadership and at a fraction of the price it would take to sign Harden. I’m not using any of the cap on him , I would rather have that cap space to resign our young players when it’s time.

I just want to see a couple vets. They can even be 10th roster bench guys but we need some one to mentor these dudes. At this point I would pay to see T-Mac come back and sit on the end of a line up just to talk to boys.
