Are the NBA Mock Drafts all upside down. Should 20-30 all be rated higher? Numbers say yes.

The week long look at the NBA Draft via the numbers continues on Locked On Jazz with David Locke’s numbers break down of the draft prospects. The question that comes to fruiton today is whethter the mock drafts are all upside down. Why are the players projected from 20-30 better numerically than the players projected from 1-19. Is it possible the mock drafts are all getting this wrong and their could be incredible movement before the actual NBA Draft.

Today, Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA insider, takes you through picks 20-29 and looks at some really exciting numbers.

Plus, Locke gives a few thoughts on how the Cleveland Cavaliers win feels much different than the Phoenix Suns win.

Of course we close the show with the lottery and will the Jazz have any luck in the lottery this week.

  1. I hope you're in the ear of our scouting dept. I'm sure they are aware but it's concerning why everyone has this draft upside down
