it’s crazy that so many of draymond peers, the ones who have competed against him are saying that it’s excessive.
you know if draymond is a dirty player, his peers wouldn’t defend him like they are doing now. hell nurkic who have gone to battles with draymond during the warriors/blazers series came out and said the suspension was overboard.

It’s literally just optics. Draymond looks like he stomped a guy who was on the ground. The lead up doesn’t matter, the half second gif of Draymond stomping is all the league sees and they just want to look like they’re not being pushovers.
It is what it is, next man up. Series is far from over, but the dubs absolutely need to take these home games.
I’d be a lot less annoyed if they just said it was because it’s Draymond and taunting the fans. The act was dealt with on the court, even tho excessive it was clearly not sought out either.
I’d like for the league to also comment on him pulling Klay, and all the other dirty shit he’s been up to. Would be nice to consider all of those things in the decision.
Unpopular opinion but it’s going to be a lose lose situation for the kings, either they lose the series or they win but it’s pretty much a common opinion among NBA players as well as media that the series are rigged.

NBA already knows the market for possible revenue for Warriors has been squeezed and saturated, they want to squeeze and sell new fresh Kings merchandise and jerseys. All the warriors fans already bought their jerseys! When warriors won the championship last year, there was a lot of deep discounted merchandise left that didn’t sell. At the end of the day they want to increase their bottom line if they can..I’m not saying it’s rig, but they have crunch the numbers on what they know will be profitable.
