The clippers was moving the ball better with kawhi on the bench, the offense got stagnant when the sun's start doubling kawhi, kawhi actually hurt the team for a few mins

I cannot stand Kayshawn Johnson… Like yesterday, max is talking about how draymond shouldn’t have stomped on Sabonis… Keyshawn’s response “Max, as an athlete I will tell you, you are wrong… you grab my ankles I’m gonna do something about it”. Trying to discredit Max’s side because he’s not a professional Athlete… and he’s always only talking to Jay Will… like when he responds to a questions, he’ll agree and laugh with Jay… then always be on the offensive against Max… just something I’ve been noticing a lot lately… Love Jay Will, Love Max, but Keyshawn is wrong more than he is right.
It’s funny how Devin Booker is just now getting “respect” from people for how good of a player he is. As if him dropping 70 points while he was on the worst team in the league wasn’t enough. Book is easily one of the best guards in the league right now and gets overlooked too much.

The Russ blooper reel was funny that 1st season with the Lakers because the Lakers stunk and missed the playoffs. But it wasn't funny any more earlier this year because Russ wasn't that bad before he got traded/dumped. I'm really not tripping my Clippers lost. I didn't expect us to win Game 2. That's when I want to bet on them. After a loss to get increased odds. Same with the Knicks. Why bet a team after they win? The odds go down. You wait because the odds will fluctuate after every win or loss.
If Clippers lose this series, who cares? Did anyone really expect us to beat the Suns? Nope. We have our "no Paul George" excuse already baked into this series before it started. Every ESPN "expert" picked Suns and ZERO for the Clippers.
I've seen so many disappointments with the Clippers that I'm desensitized from any bad result. When I expect they'll win, they lose. I guess it's similar to how Knicks fans feel after suffering for so long. So I stopped expecting. I become a cyborg like Kawhi.
Had Clippers won last night, it's not like I would be jumping up and down. I didn't after Game 1. I would've thought, "Cool, we won. Next." Another injury could happen to the Clippers or Suns for all we know. Both teams are fragile.
As Kawhi says, stay at an even keel. Never get too high or too low after every result. My expectations have been mostly lukewarm all year. I've learned my lesson from 2020 and 2021. Considering all the rants and tirades I've had with the Clippers this season, I should be.
I'm not worried about my Clippers or the Knicks. They stole Game 1. That's all they needed. I did say Clippers in 6. I say we split again in LA but we win Game 5 and 6. If we lose Game 5, we win 6 and 7. Monty's only game plan is to play Booker and KD for as long as he can and hope they score over 30 or 40 pts.
Monty did it again last night. KD and Book got 44 minutes. Kawhi only got 38. Understand we have to play every other night until Saturday (Game 4). This will start to take a toll on KD and Book. And the Suns' bench scored a grand total of 13 to the Clippers' 30. The Suns benchwarmers did play a little more. Okogie and Biyombo got 14 and 15 minutes scoring all the bench points.
Cam Payne is injured. Okogie and Shamet are really SGs. If CP3 goes down, Suns have no real point guard to set up their plays. I'm starting to sense we'll get a Denver-Sacramento WCF. A top 3 seed usually wins it all. A 5th seed like the Clippers and 7th seed like the Lakers have never won it all in the history of this league.

I'm really torn between Sixers and Celtics. They're obviously facing in 2nd round. I'm aware of their rivalry. It's older than the Celtics vs. Lakers. Same division. Same conference.
Met 21x in the playoffs compared to Celtics meeting Lakers only 12x and when Sixers were still called the Syracuse Nationals back in the 1950s. Celtics winning 14 of them and 13 of the last 17.

TBH, I was going to add Rich Strike last year. He was 100-1 on Bovada the morning before the race. Higher than the 81-1 he became at post time. I liked his name as he was a late addition due to a scratch. I changed my mind at the last minute. I don't know why. Even putting $3 would get me $300.

Westbrook played well, but those two or three turnovers in the fourth quarter is why the Lakers didn’t want him! He’s too unpredictable and gets out of control and makes dumb mistakes on important possessions. Also both him and Kawhi played amazing and they still lost by 14. Suns in 6.

I’ve been telling people the past two years books defense has SIGNIFICANTLY improved and people just don’t watch the suns much so no one ever paid attention. But these first two games he’s put that on full display and is proving himself as a two way player

The Clippers are actually lucky they are catching the Suns early in the playoffs…KD has played 12-14 games with this team, these guys are figuring out how to play with each other still. Once they figure out rotations and things during this series I would be surprised if they don't come out of the West. KD and DBook have got to be in the top 3 as a 1-2 punch for any team.
The only flaw book has is when he cry’s to the ref for not getting a call keep playing book that opportunity will come again
