Great fucking effort tonight. We proved that we can hang tonight. Denver is elite at home and mid on the road. Gotta come out with the energy on Firday and get back into this series.
Ant is him! Dude is 21 and was the best player on the floor tonight. Losing with him scoring 40+ hurts though.
We really miss McDaniels. If we have him to keep Murray in check this is a completely different series.

Hard to do much in a game where Murray goes absolutely nuclear. Denver’s 100% beatable of Finch can put together a cohesive gameplay of primarily attacking Jokic all game. Regroup, focus up, and on to Target Center. That building better be absolutely rocking on Friday.

Towns has had 1 good quarter, 0 meh quarters and 7 bad quarters so far.
Denver deserved the win given how terrible we were in the first half and how hot Murray and MPJ were shooting…. but that officiating in the fourth was genuinely horrific.

This guy is on a super max deal, 8th year in the league, and is a complete bum in the playoffs. 21 year old Anthony Edwards has shown more heart and tenacity than this dude has in his entire career. Somebody please make a compilation of all of jokic’s dirty plays this game and post it on r/nba . He was throwing elbows all game and was still somehow getting the calls in his favor. He even had the nerve to complain about the refs.

Really need Target Center to show up next game, one win and we’re back in this thing. This was winnable.
That game killed any faith I had left in KAT. Completely sold. They’d have had that game if KAT was even mediocre, but he was dogshit. He just puts up way too many duds when they need him to be the supermax guy he sometimes teases in the regular season.
I hate that they got me invested after halftime. Great game from Ant. This is a good matchup for him. Solid effort from Gobert and Conley.
KAT can’t shoot 25% from the field. I don’t care if it’s a bad matchup. He played solid defense and had a great rebounding game but 1-7 from 2 is unacceptable
The double foul and Gobert T really killed us. If we have Jaden on Murray you imagine we win tonight.
Ant was amazing this game, but the biggest thing was him driving the ball inside for easy layups. You can do that to Jokic basically at will. I hope he realized it this game.
Conley was solid and tried making big plays down the stretch to give MIN a chance, but MIN couldn’t capitalize.
Rudy was amazing. The only adjustment made at the half was putting Rudy on Joker single coverage, and Rudy clamped the hell out of him. It took heroic efforts by the refs in the 4th to stop him really.
What a joke of a game. I feel bad for a lot of the MIN players, they really played their asses off only to get screwed by the refs.
KAT is just trash, I’m sorry. Top 3 big man in the league in terms of skills, but prob the single worst brain in the NBA.
As a jazz fan, anytime we played you guys I was hoping KAT was playing cuz he’s SO easy to beat. Makes horrible decisions on O, tons of terrible fouls on D, and if you get one or 2 50/50 calls against him, he’s basically checked out of the game.
He should donate his salary to the rest of the team tonight. He plays like a damn clown. Trade him for shooters and you’re good next year.

I can’t believe people still don’t realize KAT has to go.
Kat, I’ve given you a lot of benefit of the doubt, but you have shown me your true colors these last two game. When the team needed you the most, you did not show up neither physically nor emotionally. Your game is broken. It’s getting closer to that time where we will need to evaluate your leadership and how far you can take this franchise my friend.

all you bums overreacting and saying trade Kat when Kat had to carry Ant through the playin.
A couple thoughts..
-Give NAW more minutes. I know he got 26, which is a solid number for a guy coming off the bench especially with a starter in foul trouble, but if he got just 5 more minutes when Murray was hot I think NAW would have slowed Murray down.
-At this point, is it crazy to consider cutting KAT’s minutes (especially if this goes to 5 and we go back to Denver)? I don’t want to kill his confidence, but the soft-ass play is unacceptable and just won’t cut it in the playoffs.
-Some seriously fishy ref ball in the 4Q. Go look at some stuff like the spread, Prince’s points line, etc.
