I’ve said before that Trae needs to change his jump shot; heck I’ve said it for the last 2 years but people think I’m being an asshole. He is a streaky shooter because his form is focused on quick release and not form.

Might take a bit of time to get his mind right after getting that huge $$$$$. He is 24 and that is generational money plus he got married and had his first child He’s got a lot going on. I wouldn’t give up on him. Snyder will help. Need some defenders that can stay in front of people and more shooting. Hunter, Collins, CC aren’t helping spread the floor. Murray has a midrange type game too and occasionally gets hot from 3 We miss Gallo and Huerter as floor spreaders. When Hawks made the run to the ECF, we could put Gallo, Bogi, Huerter and Trae on the floor and that was a ton of shooting plus Lou Will off the bench could still get cooking too. Looking for a revamped squad next year- let’s go Hawks!

He seems distracted by life and opportunities.
The combo isn’t good when you have to evolve from Westbrook like scorer to Paul like pg.
