    Not that I disagree with Her Benedict breakdown, but it doesn't matter if opposing defenses know what He likes to do or wants to do after another year or so.

    You don't think opposing teams and Coaches studied film on Jordan, or Shaq In his prime, or both Giannis and Embiid or Kobe or Tracy McGrady etc..etc..etc

    I GUARANTEE you opposing teams and Coaches know ALL of Giannis, Shaquille O'neal and Michael Jordan's tendencies and what He liked to do. The Pistons even had the Jordan rules and would double and triple team him and there were STILL games he'd score 40 on them.

    The way defense is called in the league now Benedict will we be damn near unstoppable in some Games and will command A double team a year or so from now.

    When you become proficient and consistent enough offensively it doesn't matter if the opposing teams know what You want or like to do if your an elite scorer.

    And Shes using the same manipulated excuse Carlisle used when talking to the media as far as Ben not scoring as well some games. He played plenty of minutes against starters on the other teams.

    It's just Carlisle complicating the simple and making things more difficult then they need or have to be because that's what Carlisle loves to do to certain players. He makes them think too much instead of just reacting or acting.

    Haliburton can play weak defense or turn the ball over or make any mistake and Coach Carlisle never sits him or plays mind games with his minutes.

    Considering how much film Mathurin watches and how badly He wants it there isn't any way He should be yanked in a meaningless game against the knicks for missing a defensive assignment.

    Yanked him from A meaningless game in front of the opposing team, audience and teammates for missing an assignment that He couldn't have told him the next timeout or at halftime or whenever really?

    How many blown coverages do You think Buddy had this year and did Carlisle ever immediately take him out the Game because of it?

    He has Mathurin up in his own head too much. Mathurin will always be A streaky shooter. He plays more with emotion. He's not A cerebral player like Haliburton is and so what? Dewayne Wade wasn't a cerebral player. Shaq was all heart and soul. Not every player Is the same and that should be just fine.

    I'm not team Carlisle by any stretch of the imagination

    So Carlisle fans need to answer a question for me.

    Caris Levert
    Malcolm Brogdon
    Domontas Sabonis

    Torrey Craig starts for Phoenix and is playing very well.

    Both levert and Brogdon are getting 25-30 mpg on very good playoff teams.

    Sabonis helped a team that hadn't made the playoffs in 17 years become a 3 seed and almost won 50 games. He made the all star team for 3rd time.

    So that leaves Myles. So how was that team last year 1-8 and damn near completely out the playoff race by December and was almost the worst team in the east?

    Either Carlisle isn't A good coach like so many fans think He is or Myles is VERY overrated. Because that Starting 5 should have at the VERY least been a play in team.

    Carlisle had the media and KP convinced that the players weren't good enough and there was nothing He could do.

    Please. Nate McMillan would gave had that team A 4 seed and won 48 games. Exact same roster I guarantee you that.

    Benedict and Nembhardt combined would be Jrue Holiday. It'd a perennial all NBA player 2nd or 3rd team every year.
