  1. This is also a natural side-effect of not making the playoffs every season. That revenue needs to be replaced somehow.

  2. It will put more butts in seats over all which will help with funds in the bank. Over seas like Hawaii or Japan?? That's badass!!

  3. Just read an airalamo article about getting a second first rounder in this draft. 2 of the three ideas were so dumb respectfully,

One was trading Zach to the kings for Richaun Holmes and and 24th pick in this draft and the other was trading Atlantas in 2025 to the Pacers for Boston 2023 first which they own and will be 29th

Zach is more valuable than a 24th pick in my opinion and the Atlanta one is so dumb. Atl will probably he garbage by then so imagine getting a 29th pick when we could have a top 10

At least one if the trade ideas made sense but it was so hard to read that article

  4. Merch idea if we land wembi, a mix between men in black and the spurs, sochan, keldon an devin can be dressed as agents and wembi as an alien and the text can say men in silver and black.

  5. Clan, nah man. The Austin games feels like they’re testing the waters on bouncing out. It doesn’t sit well with a lot of folks in 210

  6. Homebase is San Antonio, but it doesn't hurt to be viewed as a regional team instead of just a city team. Austin has all type of money in it that SA just doesn't have. If anything this improves our chances of staying here in SA. Vegas wants a team bad.

  7. Honestly, I don't see the Spurs moving as a bad thing, maybe for the locals it is, but not for
outsider fans. Sometimes I just wish the Spurs get more fans because they deserved it, they could move to Austin, gather some Mexican fans, or even move to Vegas. (Yeah, a lot of heated SA locals might come at me for this)😅

At the end of the day, it's all business, it's capitalism, any Uncle Tom should know the game.
The truth is culture only matters when the team is winning, for example, does anyone talk
about the culture of Orlando, Charlotte, OKC, or Minnesota? I want the organization to
expand its market, earn more money, to influence more people, not just sit there in
SA and be proud of the culture and past banners. Hope there's one day the owner doesn't
have to be cheap, and the market is big enough even free agents are willing to come.

  8. Sadly no matter what spin we put on it the reality is the SA market was a mid level market at best when the Spurs were championship contenders but with those days gone it wouldnt surprise me if this was a test of the Austin market and a way to replace so much lost playoff revenue

  9. Worst take ever. I watch you everyday and you definitely let me down.🤬.the spurs are the city. Point blank.

  10. You pronounce Bexar like Bear. I agree it is a good thing, a few games outside of norm is not a bad thing at all. Get more fans and more business.

  11. I get it. Spurs are ranked 26th in the nba in attendance so they have to do something. But if they move, I'm not supporting them anymore. It's like supporting your ex girlfriend with her new boyfriend. Nope.

  12. Great Stream CLAN 🩶 🤍 🖤 If they do Austin pleeeeeeease not at the Moody center because there's no parking on the premises you have to walk too far to the gym

  13. I love this! San Antonio expanding, broadening our horizons 🙌🏼 What’s not to love. Especially for Spurs fans who don’t reside in SA 🖤

  14. Only thing is that money talks. San Antonio is a fine city but the money and companies that flow through Austin really could make it an ideal destination. These talking head money grubbing millionaires can say whatever they want, it it was ideal to move they might and that’s what makes us in SA very apprehensive. If people told the truth there’s nothing wrong with these away games but companies always have an agenda.

  15. San Antonio fan are nervous cuz we lost our WNBA team back in 2017. We concerned of that repeat with the Spurs.

  16. I’m on the southern border in Laredo and it’s all Spurs/Cowboys/Astros fans

  17. Clan. Cmon man. You can’t be a Spurs fan and not know how to say Bexar (Bear) county. You making me want to start my own spurs fan page!😂 For real you’re doing a great job bringing love to the 2.1.0. And facts about expanding. Spurs are just continually innovating ( since forever) when other markets content with staying still. Keep it up 👍🏽
