Anyways, I'm still of the opinion that while Harden gave us his best years, I'm not rah-rah about having him back. He's not really showing me anything that's promising when you consider how much he's going to be asking for. He's doing a great job with his assist and playmaking, and he's done a good job with Tyrese Maxey as a protege; but his legs aren't there. He's terrible on defense and if we're focusing on a defense as a team, we shouldn't have veterans who don't lead by example on the defensive side of the ball. I could say more about Harden but I think we're all aware of the other issues.
When it comes to coaching, I'm looking out for Nick Nurse, Ime Udoka, Frank Vogel, and Kenny Atkinson (in that order).
Missed it too. Great show guys. So many good coaches out there. I bet we will know soon after lottery results May 16. If we.get Wemby a whole lot of doors will open up. It's great that the coaching market is so good.
The media knows everything ahead of time. Nurse is confirmed out of Toronto and Harden rumors are continually positive. I think any coach will have plenty of breathing space to develop the young talent knowing a championship short term is not feasible. Either way looking good for the Rockets. Stone is getting his ass saved so far.
