Win Monday or go home in embarrassing fashion. Simple as that really.

I love a bucks in 6 but I certainly wasn’t hoping that was our best case scenario in round 1 ffs

  2. ReverendGames

this is straight up not a well coached team. effort and defense shouldn’t be this hard to come by on a team that won a championship just 2 years ago. not to mention the lack of an actual offensive system.

  3. Mustard_Jam

People are going to blame Bud and he isn’t perfect but the roster needs a hard look.

It’s built to beat up bad teams because of size but consistently struggles against elite teams. Good teams tend to have good/athletic wings and guards (Butler, Harden, Maxey, Tatum, Brown, etc).

Bucks got Allen, Pat, Ingles (lmao), and Middleton on his old knees to guard those guys. It results in easy penetration and either a layup or wide open 3s. They’re even getting fucked by old Lowry and Robinson.

I get Holiday is also there but he’s one guy…

  4. AaltoSax

Heat break 3pt shooting records for this second time this series, even after being the 7th worst 3pt shooting team in the regular season

    18 turnovers

Brook Lopez all-time stinker – 3reb and 6pt even though they have no answer for him in the paint

    Refs on some bullshit

No ball movement – 0 Holiday assists in the 1st half?

I’m not having a good time lol.

  5. BobbbyLight

First off, fuck injuries. I feel terrible for Diplo.

Now, my doomer Bucks brain says all is lost, we’re going to lose the series. The sky is falling.

But this team lost to the Nets by 40. FORTY. In game 2 of the year we won a title. No matter how good this team is, they will make things as hard on themselves as possible. We were completely outplayed in every facet but we have no idea what’s going to happen game to game with this team.

    So… Bucks in 6.

  6. LMkingly

We’re down 2-1 to an 8th seed. This is so fucking embarrassing.

  7. aeroazure

I’m here to ride the fire Bud train all the way to another NBA championship

  8. jconley4297

it’s not even new shit it’s just increasingly embarrassing losses in the same fucking way

s2g bud does the fucking pikachu face every time an opponent shoots >45% from 3

  9. dubbl_bubbl

If the Bucks don’t win the chip they need to move on from Bud.

  10. tommyjohnpauljones

love seeing Crowder, in a game we’re losing by 30, cracking jokes with the opposing team. What a fucking clown who’s done nothing for us.

  11. CalligrapherNo7110

Hey guys just remember game 1 was a shooting fluke 😃

  12. BrewCityChaser

#EVERYONE GET IN HERE, IT’S PANIC TIME

  13. mkebrewers27

Embarrassing and Pathetic. Giannis has to play game 4 and knowing him he wants to. Bucks should be ashamed about todays performance it was even worse than game 1.

  14. Competitive_Quiet179

This is gonna be one the biggest moments for this Bucks core, regardless if Giannis plays Game 4 or not

How they respond on Monday is ultimately going to decide their fate

  15. 1998TimThomas

No idea why everyone was so confident without Giannis. Heat were the #1 seed last year.

  16. TheShittyOutdoorsman

I swear to God if I have to watch Duncan Robinson shoot lights out the rest of the series I will lose my mind.

  17. WeefBellington24

    Fucking horrible.

Without Giannis this team can’t do it. They just revert to old uninspired selves. I don’t get it.

Might be it ; might not be. Feeling a whole lot less confident about title chances this year but I guess it’s not over until it is over.

We can say Bucks in 6 all we want but the team hasn’t shown anything in 3 games (aside from a crazy hot nearly record breaking 3 Pt shooting night) to warrant that.

I’m feelin pretty down about the Bucks so maybe someone can prove me wrong

  18. Fluffy-Way-2365

Basically zero defense. There’s no winning the title without great defensive effort.

Giannis won’t only have to play for us to go through, he’ll have to use iron his cape too.

  19. Mosalahgoat61

I’m done lol. I’m sick of the effort. Sick of the coaching. Sick of the refs. This team makes me so mad.

  20. Skeleboi846

Bucks gave this one away in the first quarter when they didnt score for 5 minutes, got stuck on 21 and didn’t call a timeout at all

  21. iusutotookadump69

This is easily one of the most infuriating game I’ve seen in a while. Bucks have a decent start to the game and fizzle out near the end of the first quarter. Bench was awful tonight. The turnovers need to be cut down drastically. Miami just flat out isn’t missing at times. Bucks get down big and make a run to cut the deficit and Miami nails contested 3 after contested 3. Theres comes a time where bud needs to just take chances with guys in the mid range cuz they can’t let teams shot fucking 50% from 3 for the whole game. I’d rather watch the bucks try super hard to prevent 3’s instead of leaving guys open like jimmy butler the whole game. If they’re making 3s at a high rate…. then make a change in the game plan. It’s so frustrating. Bud can’t always rely on 2 guys to do everything when the teams down big.

  22. ForgedInRats

I guarantee Jimmy isn’t going to miss a single game, much less 3.

  23. messipendencia

There has been a theme of inexplicable low effort performances in big games under Bud. Normally we’ve had enough talent to get by, and maybe we do in this series too, but it’s embarrassing to get outplayed, out hustled and out coached like this. A lot of this has been covered up by pure talent over the years but it’s a shame.

And that’s without getting into anything about strategy for this one.

  24. HowardLB18

    We’ve been down 2-1 before.

But FUCK that game was annoying. Need you u/GiannisAntetokounmpo

  25. kjc3274

    Comes down to defense.

Can’t consistently go under screens and the help defender can’t give ground when the primary defender is beat.

They need more pressure on the perimeter. Too few guys on this team get in a guy’s face and make them uncomfortable.

Too many open, step-in shots for Miami tonight. No shit they’re going to make them at a solid rate, they’re pros.

  26. TheBillybaroo

We’re the number 1 overall seed in the playoffs and now face a must-win game 4 in our very first series. Yikes.

  27. youngdjango10

No Giannis is the easy and obvious excuse. But at the end of the day, getting blown out by the 8 seed twice indicates to me that winning a title, even with Giannis, is unlikely

  28. badgerrae

The first half had a bit of a weird vibe with how the refs were handling Miami’s physicality versus ours, maybe that shook the mental focus a bit – but in the end it mostly came down to bad turnovers and poor effort in containing second chance opportunities for the Heat.

  29. Fluffy-Way-2365

When I am down, I drink a beer and visualize Nick Nurse being our coach.

  30. crowd79

Giving up 130, 117 and 121 points to the worst offensive team in the NBA is incredibly embarrassing. The D has been atrocious all 3 games.

    Deserved loss.
