I heard of disconnect between the coaching staff this year. I wonder if the players doing those Rico runs and hanging with Rico and Earl, changed how they view or interacted when it came to the regular season with NN; differences is styles and how they spoke to the players. I heard something about players not taking the time for extra practices with the assistant coaches and players leaving earlier etc.?
Team chemistry is something I had hoped would be fixed this season. (Because let's be real. The way we've been playing is not how we should be fucking playing.) I'm hoping this new voice can reinvigorate our team play and that said voice doesn't make things go worse. But I also understand there's a process to these things, and shit is definitely not going to be perfect for a while.

We want a two way Coach. Offense and Defence, knows how to adjust in games, hold players accountable and can communicate with the players.

Stackhouse earned the job as our new head coach. All the key players on the team played for Stackhouse on the 905's championship team. After he won he said Pascal was the best defensive player in the entire organization. The man knows his stuff

I think Pascal can close out 4th quarters if he wasn't run into the ground by the amount of minutes nurse was playing him.
Facts brother Chev! This is why us fans ❤ and respected D. Casey. He had a mantra “pound the rock.” If a guy falls on the floor run and pick him up. Energy for your teammates if you on the sideline present. Accountability. Jurassic Park. All that gave us spirit.
A coach with 2 of the 3 characteristics with good assistant coaches to fill the gaps, Stackhouse would be ideal for the head coach. He has a good rapor with Pascal already.

Stackhouse is all I'm hearing you describe. He put in his work for the 905 ain't no better test for all that were looking for than making it work in the g- league

Ime Udoka is my top choice, but my secondary choice would be Jerry Stackhouse as he did a great job with the 905. I actually wanted him before Nick Nurse, so I'd be extremely happy with Ime or Stacks. I think it's going to end up being Ime though because of his relationship with Masai and I think Masai wanted to make this move with Nurse now because he knew Ime was available.
200 million is ok but no 250 million for pascal, but onething I know about pascal is he improving every year,
