Honestly, none of this would’ve worked if any of the Warriors were selfish. Klay knows he would get more recognition if he were the “best player” on another team (like Trae or Beal). He could complain that he’s not getting “respect”. He could whine for more shots. He could blame others if things don’t go well. He does none of those things, just valls out every game.

Anytime I look at my monta jersey next to my curry jersey I always think man I wanted monta to stay and Steph to go. Trading monta wouldn’t lead to klay getting the playing time. That was over 10 years ago. Everything truly is a process
“Been the same age since 2012” is such a cool way to describe Steph. Million reasons why we have been able to have this dynasty, many if not all run through Steph, but to have it acknowledged that his poise and ego have always been a constant (especially from such a young age) is such a big deal, and something that gets plenty of coverage amongst the faithful but not enough outside of that.
