I always felt he was fired for no reason. His defensive minded style really was the best for the lakers. Even had Lebron playing defense again. Darvin Ham is a far worse coach because of his lack of experience compared to a Vogel. I still don’t know why the lakers chose a guy who has never been a coach ever. Lebron also clearly doesn’t respect Ham enough to run his plays.

Darvin is nothing. We may as well may not have a coach. Vogel was no Phil Jackson (who had the sickest assistants ever) but we played defense and his approach was thoughtful. If we had no head coach and lebron just chose subs we’d be better off.
