Get some quality big men. Trade joe harris. Mills and garbage left.
Get a true Point Guard cause Dinwiddie's ass. Get a true backup center with girth to backup Claxton. Get some shot creators via draft or free agency and we're set for next season. Also get rid of Harris, Dinwiddie, Mills, and Simmons, ik Simmons will be damn near impossible to get rid of because of his albatross contract, but if you only have to trade 1-2 1sts, pull the trigger. I don't agree with the full-on rebuild cause Houston essentially controls all of our picks until 2027.
Seriously idk why Cam Thomas doesn't get any playing time, does he have flaws in his game, sure. But the man is a 3 level scorer who's play style is similar to all the young studs in the league today.

It's shameless discourtesy to disparage Spencer Dinwiddie's name. You don't seem to be intelligent enough to express your dislike of his game without being nasty. Totally juvenile behavior, on your part. JV have a long term contract, because the management have confidence in him. He have confidence in Dinwiddie running the offense. As long as that's the case, He'll be the Nets starting point guard. Suck it up and get use to that or agonize about it, if it does something for you.

Unfortunately coach Vaughn couldn't figure out a way to utilize him in spots where the offense is having a dry spell. Idk if Vaughn is necessarily our guy going forward even though I do like his overall attitude, this sweep made me wonder about his X & O's…
And also if we do trade cam to the Pistons hopefully we can get one of their several pgs back in return to run the offense and put Spence on as sixth man where he belongs because he can get hot and give us some scoring in spurts much like a Cam Thomas.
Idk if we consider this scenario a complete rebuild if we intend to keep core players like Bridges and Claxston, but yes first order of business must be re-sign Johnson and maybe find ourselves a PF who can stretch the floor a bit. I like Sharpe but him and Claxston together limits the offense severely up front. So trade for a starting pg and draft 4 w range is next on the list. I also DO NOT WANT to see Dame in Brooklyn next season. I feel it's only gonna lead to lofty expectations and disappointing results. We need a youth movement

I heard Houston offered us 4 1 st round picks for bridges during the completion of the Kevin Durant trade , now if those 1st round picks were our own picks then idk what this organization is doing. This also really depends on James harden , I feel like if harden returned to Houston would Houston open up those conversations again . Only this time trying to pair mikail with James harden .
Keep Simmons, dame needs him as the PG so him and Mikal can just focus on scoring and heâs a great defender
