I love that Giannis went to bat for Jrue. I do agree with Giannis here, Jrue had A LOT on his plate in this series. Decision making, defense, offense, etc. It didn’t hurt Jrue’s pride when the last game he even asked for some help, etc. Bud didn’t do it.

The one thing about jrue is definitively he is asked to do way too much. Perhaps moving out of that PG role would be best for him but man… his shooting consistently stinks in the playoffs and that’s huge. Costed Bledsoe

I’m so confused as to why Bud switches out and plays ALL these players throughout the whole season, which seemed to be working pretty damn well hence Bucks being the #1 seed, but then when it comes time for Playoffs he literally only plays the same handful of guys and the others ass’s never even leave the bench. Can somebody tell me if this is normal?? I’m pretty new to this. First off, I’m a female that only played basketball in middle school so my knowledge of the game is minimal but I’m learning and I Just became a basketball fan when I discovered who Giannis was, and that was just in 2020. I’m pretty NBA obsessed now, but something just doesn’t seem right, and I just need someone to tell me if I’m crazy or not and help me understand cause this shit is driving me nuts!
It makes me wonder if the playoff bench players don’t feel some type of way towards Bud cause it’s seems like he plays them all season long and they do well for the most part but when it comes time for the big stage it’s like ok, now sit the f#ck down so all my favorites can get all this attention and limelight/credit bc they’ve all been here together since day one (for the most part at least) Or maybe it’s just that he doesn’t trust any of the newer players at all. Idk, it makes no sense to me and I’m trying so hard to make it make sense.

I think that the lack of bench play and the old starters playing so much is a valid point for the collapse. And, that, was all coaching.
