With how much we’ve helped Naz develop it would really hurt to see him leave and thrive somewhere else.

If they re-sign him they have to basically make him our 6th man off the bench and go all in on playing 2 bigs all the time. You can’t throw a lot of money at him to be a 3rd string big.

He just has too much value. Even if the Wolves don’t have an obvious need for him due to KAT being the backup C basically if you can sign him to a contract and later deal him for picks or a player that would still be a great investment for the Wolves.

If he signs a 30/3 or 45/4 contract or something along those lines I’m sure he’d be worth a 1st round pick by himself.

I honestly would be upset more seeing Naz Reid in a different jersey next year, than KAT.

This is not to say, I don’t love KAT. I think his exit comments today speak to him definitely being on board being the best 2 to Ant’s 1. And I’ve always loved KAT and his loyalty to the franchise.

Have chris tell Ant he can play for the Vikings during the off-season to keep him happy

Naz and Naw are both priority. I just don’t want them to pull a Dieng and overpay

Finch later commented that “water is wet.”

Thank god. Gobert is aging and KAT has missed significant portions of the season 2 out of the last 3 years. On paper it doesn’t seem like we have room for Naz, but he will see the court one way or another. Also if you are trying to trade KAT or Rudy this off-season, bringing back Naz is a no brainer.

Let’s just hope another team doesn’t blow us out of the water with a crazy big offer.
