Lot of good analysis and easy to watch video. I love the move at 7:33. We don’t have anybody that could start at point that has the ability to make that move and finish like that. Guy is 19 years old, 6’4. Haven’t really been a fan of picking him but he may be better than I thought for the team. Looking forward to seeing how he does at the combine.

If we don’t move up, this is who I want the most. I like the idea of having two guards (Wright and Wallace) that pride themselves in locking their man up, especially with Beal not being super interested with that aspect of the game and there being so many quick, scoring PGs in the league.
If we’re running it back with our “Big 3,” (would rather not) I don’t feel like it’s AS important to pick up a playmaking PG, since Beal and Kuzma will want to be the primary creators (whether they should be or not).
Without a GM currently, it’s impossible to predict what we’re gonna do, but I really like Wallace’s floor AND ceiling.

If we can’t find a way to get Amen Thompson, I’m cool with it because he’s my second favorite point guard in this draft.

Drafting Wallace seems like a tough sell. Tough competitor on defense (borderline dirty player) but nothing about his offense screams upside. Iād rather us take a home run swing, Wallace seems like a safe single. Not what we need going into a rebuild.

Spinellaās vids is my go-to for draft analysis. Love his stuff.
Wallace is MY GUY this year. Having 3 guards (Delon + Goody) with dog mentalities on the defensive end? š¤š¾ We will always have someone on the court who will give it their all defensively and that shit can be contagious. But more importantly, Iām most excited about the scoring and playmaking potential to go along with his NBA-ready defense. The video shows he can work well as a catch & shoot specialist (having the ability to produce off-ball with our āBig-3ā is crucial). Combine that with his ability to operate in the mid-range (51.4 2P%) and finish at the rim, Iām seeing a lot of positives with this guy.
And we donāt really need that much convincing to draft a 6ā4 guard from Kentucky. Itās worked well for us in the past.
