  1. I swear he’s an underrated guard in this draft. Sneaky defender, but a solid playmaker in this draft. They think he won’t be a “good scorer in the league”, but everyone said that about Kawhi and Sochan. Definitely could improve in his shooting and would be a step up from Tre if Tre Leaves. Wouldn’t mind picking him up if for some reason we drop to the 5th or 6th pick.

  2. 1)best slasher in draft – compare to others , he can deaccelerate and do fake and all
    2)elite first step
3His shooting form need to change, but his shooting motion is fluid and steady
4)best playmaker- i kind of miss this part when scouting him first time because alot of the highlight is obvious pass.

i understand brandon miller and scott for many ppl because their star upside
The superstar upside is Anthony Black, asuar thompson and gradey dick

the spurs already have sochan, malaki and vassell which makes Anthony Black the logical choice

  3. I love black, he reminds me of Sochan with the way he plays. I'd be slightly more excited with Black over either Thompson twin. But I never watched the twins play, so I could be mistaken about that.

  4. Yes,30% 3P is bad, but compare that to the Twins and Scoot he is decent.
Also, Lonzo got shooting problems right after entering the league because of his weird form,
but Black doesn't have that issue. Honestly, I hate that some people always bring up the
quote like "If xxx can fix his shooting he definitely can too" argument, since everyone is
different. But if I have to put money on who would become a better shooter, it will definitely be
Black over the Twins, probably even slightly ahead of Scoot.

  5. I think who the Spurs should draft in order 1. Vic 2.Scoot 3. Cam 4. Ausar 5. Anthony

    6. Amen 7. Jarace, didn't include Miller since I doubt the Spurs would draft him.

Honestly, besides the top 2, everyone on the list is moveable, I combine the need

of the team + their skill/talent into consideration. I put Cam at 3 based

on the position since Ausar is a 2, and we don't necessarily need another 2 unless Ausar can

be remade as a point-forward then sure you can put him at 3rd. Cam is equally as athletic

+he can shoot 3s, that's the deciding point to me, also he is a solid wing who can

    play 2~4 easily.

Anthony is actually top 6 in some mock drafts, and I believe he is the second-best PG right

after Scoot, Amen only has athleticism over him, and to quote the old legend, Randy Johnson

"That's a no for me dawg!".Taking the risk at 6 or 7 is a much better choice than blowing your loads on top 5, I still put him slightly above Jarace since Jarace is more of a high-floor not as high-ceiling kind of guy, and he is a power-forward who plays similar to Jeremy. However, I don't see anyone better than him outside of the top 7.

  6. Anthony Black is basically what you want Primo to become, a slasher, great passer/playmaker,
decent defender, and sneaky athletism as you always mentioned, besides, he is on the younger side of the draft, just a little over 19 compared to others. Just a reminder Primo didn't have a decent shooting % at first, judging by the eye test Black's motion is not bad. Honestly, the best-case scenario for us is that we draft Vic and purpose a trade to get whoever drafts Anthony, our team will be so good in the next 2~3seasons once they developed.

    1.A.B(6'7) 2.DV(6'6) 3.KJ(6'6) 4.Jeremy(6'8) 5.Vic(7'4?),our weakest point on D will literally be
KJ who's still a wing regardless, this is a formidable defense squad if you ask me.
Also, Anthony doesn't have to score a lot since we got Victor and then Devin as the first-second option, he can score 15 pts on average as a third or even 4th option, and he can pass first all he wants the firepower will be excessive already.

  7. So I've been thinking that if we drop down to lets say 3-4, we may be better off trading that pick to try to get the 9th and 6th pick. Something like that would allow us to add a guard like Anthony Black (tall defensive, perfect PG for us, maybe we can develop his offensive game over time) and than add another high level defensive big man like a Jarace Walker and then you can put a team of killers on defense headed by Black, Sochan and Walker with two shooters around and really have a great defensive team

  8. Do we really want an off brand Lonzo as our pick? How much is that gonna help? Cuz we need a lot of help xD

  9. He's an early Shaun Livingston type player right now, but with better defense. Big guard, can get to the rim, high basketball IQ. Pre-injury Livingston was going to be a very good player.
