Brooks could potentially be had for a very cheap deal, probably $5 million a year. Don’t let recency bias and Twitter fool you otherwise. He’s a free agent this summer and we should be all over it trying to find a Dorian Finney Smith replacement. Also, we need an enforcer.

Lakers worked the Grizz because they had a plethora of combo forwards and guards that could all drive and hit 3s. Brooks did next to nothing to stop anybody on the perimeter. Like Pat Bev is probably just as good.
And the Grizz had the “DPOY” to make up and he only mitigated so much.
Besides we have Bullocks inconsistent ass bricking 3s. Don’t add Brooks to that. We need a C, and an all utility forward
