Dillon Brooks hate is outta control. I expect it from fans, but for people who supposedly know basketball to discount his defense and toughness, like it's easily replaceable, is ridiculous.

I hate to say this but this roster isn’t enough. You have to trade both Bane and Brooks as a package so you can get a big return. Look at Phoenix and what they did. They clearly want to win now. Grizz need another star and that isn’t going to be cheap. Of course, Bane could become something. But look at the kings. Everyone thought they were crazy for trading Halliburton ( A rising star) for a proven veteran all star in Sabonis. And now they’re a team who can win the chip. Scared money don’t make money. Not every risk works out of course, but this roster just isn’t enough and you either run it back or take the risk. Remember, health is a real concern. How many years of Morant and Jackson do you really have. You really don’t know. Next season might be his last, he could have an injury that ruins his career. Drose, Jabari Parker and Oladipo are great examples. Yes you could wait for your young players to develope or you make a risky trade and it all pans out. But the real questions is how much time do you really have? Teams are getting better and if you don’t make the necessary changes to be competitive you’ll be left out the playoffs and that’s another year of failure. This is the sad truth about the NBA. Winning a championship simply isn’t easy.
