Shams Charania was on the Through The Wire podcast and talked about tweeting that the Cavs had narrowed in on Keldon Johnson with the 26th pick during the 2019 nba draft, but they changed their mind at the last second and picked Dylan Windler. We could’ve had our 40% 3pt shooting wing right there.

That was probably the plan. I think CAVS FO thought KPJ was the guy to be our shit creator and need someone who is an excellent 3PT specialist.
Oh well, we can’t dwell on the past like a lot of fans are thinking this season was a waste. We gotta move forward and develop
