I agree with his response but to be fair his team was best record in the league and got knocked out in the first round in 5 games. If they lost in the conference finals in 6-7 games then it is not a failure

The way I see the Milwaukee bucks going into next year. We need a new coach who doesn't get stuck in his ways and refuses to change doesn't play players like jae crowder, and I don't know how they're gonna do it. But they need to get younger and more athletic. marjon's a keeper, but for some reason, the coach refused to play him the last three months of the season After he showed great promise the first two months The mistakes the bucks made coaching wise the last 2 games are unforgivable. You can't come back from that. I don't know who the new coach is gonna be, but it has to get the giannis' approval.

Once you become a championship team, each year the expectation is to win a title. The Bucks already took steps to win that first title; now each year they need to remain at that high level. MJ thought that way and if he lost in the 1st round, he would view that as failing and he would simply get up the next day to prepare for winning the next year.
