The fact that people still defend embiid. It's the same story every single year….at least he got his pity mvp this year since he's been crying to the media for the past 3 years. Dude is always out or injured when the playoffs come or doesn't show up when they need him in the playoffs. It's not his fault he tore his maniscus but it's still the same ol thing every year with him. He has been injury prone his whole career and once again will not make it out of the 2nd round. I hope that people will finally stop putting him up there with Jokic Gianiss and Steph. There's levels to this and being available is part of it and he's never available when it matters most.
I'm not a medical professional and my injury was different. I had an AC joint "tear" is better than "torn". With him having a "tear" I think he'll be okay, but not good.
Injuries have been a factor in playoff basketball forever. It’s nothing new, but always disappointing. I think the only fix is shortening the regular season by like 20 to 25 games. I can’t see any other way
