Warriors eliminate Kings behind Steph Curry’s historic 50 Pt performance | NBA | FIRST THINGS FIRST

Steph Curry finished Game 7, 20-of-38 from the field and 7-of-18 from three and scored 50 points in the Golden State Warriors 120-100 win over the Sacramento Kings. Nick Wright, Chris Broussard, and Kevin Wildes debate if Curry has cemented himself in the NBA’s Top 10 all-time and react to Draymond Green calling out Domantas Sabonis after the game.

  1. Brou is HILARIOUS. I never had a clue he was this funny!!!! Great show great segment. This show has great energy & chemistry. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

  2. An unappreciated dimension of Steph Curry…. How he has continued to obsessively work to develop his game. Steph did not have those finishing shots in 2015-16…. He did not have those muscles. Realistically….

Almost any other player would be satisfied to have his 3 point shot, But Steph constantly works to improve his lethality, He practices those finishing circus shots the same way he practiced 3 point shots…. The same way he practices logo shots, the same way he practices half court shots. You will see him working on finishing circus shots in every pre game session. Who else does that?

  3. To Nick’s point about Fox, he really regressed to his season averages after the injury. That could have happened anyway. He always points out when the Warriors beat a team with injured players. But LeFlop does it and, well, injuries are part of the game. And yet, since the trade deadline, Lakers haven’t beaten a team with all their players healthy and a winning record.

  4. Wait.. Kings get a pass for Fox being hurt…AND not missing at all.
But. Giannis doesn't even though he hurt his back and missed 2 and half games?… And that was a BACK.. Ever tried to play basketball with a hurt back??.. Lol..

    Nick's biases are funny.

  5. Thompson – storyline – China Clay – game six Clay – record holder for most points in a quarter Clay – most threes in a game Clay – going back to So Cal where he grew up Clay – where his dad – 🙂 is the voice of LA Clay

  6. When steph was hurt on the playoffs a lot of so called analysts didn't acknowledge it but when Daron fox is jirt they emphasize that. I wonder what steph did to these people

  7. 2:00 Fired up, defensive nick is the BEST nick😂 I dont need a proper defense from him the comedy is enough haha

  8. Hakeem not only top10 he’s Top3-7 somewhere. Ppl really confuse TEAM success with greatest all around PLAYERS!

If Hakeem switched places with Wilt Kareem Shaq Duncan Russell he would have 4-12 titles and they’d all have 0-2 titles at most on a mostly mid Rockets team.

When Hakeem had another healthy HOF in his SECOND season (healthy Ralph Sampson) they KILLED defending champs Showtime Lakers with 3+ HOF HOF coach in 5 games and took arguably greatest team ever 86 Celtics to 6!

When he had decent to good teams around him 93-97 he made 3 conference finals and won b2b titles with 93/94 playoffs two of the best runs ever!

    The man averaged 28, 12, 4, 4blocks, 2steals on 53 FG% in his playoff prime 86-95 (100+ games).

93/94 runs were 1st most made FGM ever and top5 while also being the best defender since Russell!

Hakeem didn’t play with close to the teammates/GM/coaches that Duncan Kareem Shaq Russell played with even Wilt (who would of won 4-6 titles with just being 50%-60% FTs instead of 30-40% as they lost many Game 7s or elimination games by 1-5 with Wilt missing 10-15 FTs!).

  9. Kobe’s defense makes him tough to move off the list. As great as they are, Duncan didn’t have the high level offense which can be used against him in the Steph argument. Bird’s lack of longevity hurts him. Kobe had the 20 year career and all time longevity numbers while being arguably just as great of an offensive player and clearly the better defensive player. A 5th ring changes things, but I do see an argument right now for Steph over Bird or Tim, but not Kobe

  10. Broussard was so excited to rub it in Nick Wrong's face that his inner Flava Flav came out. "YEAH BOYYYY!!!"

  11. Nick is an idiot. Not telling the "story of the league" with Duncan and the greatest dynasty the game has ever seen? Never missed a playoff? Won 5 titles? 3 Finals MVPs? Ended so many legacies? And oh yeah they beat Lebron multiple times in the finals, beat Shaq/Kobe on the way to titles, and took over the NBA post Jordan pre Warriors. Dumb take

  12. NIck's left arm really look like it's being controlled by a puppeteer. It's like Bert's left arm while arguing with Ernie.

  13. Nick, the main thing about a prediction is to get the winner right. Nick is just comedy. Good thing you have Brou, at least one or you has some common sense

  14. Cmonnnn looney averaged like 15 rebounds fox being healthy wouldn’t change a 20 point loss

  15. Hey Nick there’s no more Beam! The Warriors Eliminated the BEAM! I don’t care if you apologized to the WE ARE WARRIORS FANS. We don’t needed. You and your Band wagon Beam is Old Story!!! Stop being a Warriors Hater!!! Sit down and Play with your Beam. Stop making excuses for Kings.
