Giannisās response to that reporter was the kind of thing you tell your kids as they are growing up playing sports though. If once you are good enough and lucky enough to be a professional athlete, the answer is yes. It has to be. Every single Heat player would have answered yes to that question.

If this was a player that lost his brother they would have been a DNP and people would have been falling over themselves to say they hope the player is OK. Coach turned up for work and did his best despite dreadful circumstances, he deserves nothing but respect.
I like Giannis. Hell I don't buy just any player's signature shoe. What he said & how he handles himself šÆ. H/e the TEAM FAILED THIS SEASON. People say it's a "disappointment" not "failure" but that's arguing semantics. In his little speech he gave the definition of "fail" . They fell short of expectations by getting gentlemen swept as #1 seed 1st rd, it happens, there's always next season. But let's not change what words mean š

What happened to coach bud was a real tragedy and I feel for him on a personal level, but from a basketball perspective, it's been the same system challenges year in and year out. Lack of adjustments, shallow half court offense, extremely small playoff rotations, I think the Bucks need a new vision if they want to capture another chip in this window. What doesn't get talked about enough in the heat series was just the complete no show from our bench for the most part. Butler went off and it was something to see but the game was lost when he was on the bench in my opinion.
