Do you think Duncan would have preferred to play with Lebron and win some more championships, or do think Duncan preferred the competition of beating Lebron in the Finals?
The Spurs might have had to give up a lot to acquire LeBron for the '02-'03 season. That said, if the Spurs had not had Tim Duncan they could have chosen far worse than Lebron—and many teams have. You definitely wouldn't pass on a chance to acquire him.
If I have to pick between TD and LeBron,it’s still gonna be TD.
Lebron might be the more all-rounded player and ends up higher in the history ranking,but he is not a Spur at all.
People tend to forget about “The Decision “ he pulled,to form a big 3 in a bigger market(Miami).Even if he was drafted as
a Spur he would have left and go to somewhere like LA.He is all about business otherwise he wouldn’t have left Cleveland for the second time,which TD is the complete opposite of it.
I guess I just couldn’t respect a guy who “Live Stream” in front of Cleveland’s face that he’s gonna bring his talent else where.Or making fun of Dirk’s cold by coughing,him and Wade both,I dislike Lebron ever since the decision and all his arrogant acts around that time.He is a great player that’s for sure,but I respect players who actually stayed in their original teams their whole career and actually brought home a chip or plenty a lot more.
Not to say he likes to proclaim himself the GOAT,like come on even MJ never does that.But besides that,I guess
I hate some of his fans more,they are some of the most double-standard groups as well.
Now his fan base are even worse considering the LA media and crowd like to praise him as a God or something😅
