They need a coach that can develop young men and is respected! You can't just lose a locker room and run iso ball… this team needs to be defensive with OG and Barnes.

Hey, Amit … a good 'get' on your part (in terms of having a person who's very familiar with Young). I have no issue with the questions you posed, but I'm fairly certain that high of the list of things Masai is looking for in his next head coach is teaching ability. Hence, I'd have asked Bourguet about Young's experience in teaching young players. Also, given that Scottie, Precious, etc are 'Gen Z's' and Gen Z's are generally thought to be more tuned into human emotions, is Young (a millennial) himself able to to tap into human emotions and unlock Scottie and Precious' obvious physical talent and skill?
