Who do you guys like for the Draft?

**Maxwell Lewis** \- Sort of checks all the boxes. High IQ. Wing player. Nice 3%. Long arms. Needs to improve on handles and defense consistancy. But should be good in zone and has a history of getting into REB streaks.

There are 6-8 guys in our range that all could be argued at thunder-like prospects. To me, Lewis definitely isn’t one. I like him, but he profiles to be a pretty specialized role player in the NBA, and his bball IQ and overall feel are the worst aspects of his game and for the last 2 years at least have been at/near the top of what Presti mentions after each draft that they were looking for in their picks.

For a trade up I don’t think there’s a better mix of fit, BPA and talent than Jarace Walker. That guy is the perfect fit next to Chet, Shai, Josh and J-Dub while also having untapped potential due to his role in college.

At 12 I really like Anthony Black just because of his size, IQ and mentality but has question marks on his fit with our current team.

Cason Wallace is someone I’m super high on as a mix of Dort on defence and a smaller J-Dub on offence imo.

Would absolutely love Gradey Dick or Taylor Hendricks. Both had stellar freshman years, fulfill some team needs, and possess solid size.

I like Taylor Henricks or Gradey but I doubt they fall to us at 12. Hopefully we could trade up to get them if not see what we get at 12

Maxwell Lewis is a strong fit for OKC. He really needs strength but can come in and play today for shooting and connecting. He’s a smaller Trey Murphy

I really like Cason Wallace. I think he’ll be good.

Jarace and Hendricks have to be among the top 2 realistic options. Depending on how the order shakes out, Amen would top that list and Asur would be right in the mix imo. Whitemore as an honorable mention, though his play style conflicts against the current team makeup the most.

What OKC lacks the most at this point imo is someone with size who has elite athleticism. Everyone of the players listed above is an elite athlete for their size. Jarace isn’t Zion, but he’s the same size as Jaylin, but Jarace moves SO much better laterally.

My hope is adding someone to the top 8 rotation that doesn’t need the ball a lot, has size, and is an elite athlete for their size. Being a plus shooter and defender is a plus and each one of them listed has 1 of those 2.
