Kawhi Leonard has more made field goals than Joel Embiid this postseason.

Kawhi had 24 fgm in 2 games/80 minutes.

The scoring leader and MVP Joel Embiid has 22 fgm in 4 games/134 minutes.

    Thats kinda funny.

Kawhi is number 1 when he plays in the playoffs.

  2. ImGonnaChubbBradley

Ok I will admit this is probably the pettiest of all the Embiid slander posts. That said, kinda bad no?

  3. -PaulDaGOATPierce-

Sloppy Fat Boy should have won MVP over Embiisity

  4. havenstone

But he probably has 3x the free throws lol

  5. I am better than Embiid because I had 0 turnovers in this playoffs.

What kind of stupid post is this? Gtfo

At least Joel can comeback and play but Kahwi is done forever.

    People are so weird.

They smoked the nets, who cares what his numbers were.
He had a rough game after coming back from an injury against the Celtics.

Sixers fans are so proud that their team beat Mikal Bridges and a bunch of scrubs lol

Edit: damn both sixers and Nets fans in their feelings 😂

One got doubled for a whole series. Not smart to shoot through doubles all game.

  9. I have the same number of made field goals as Michael Jordan this postseason.

As an Embiid hater, I realized I don’t have the hate in my heart that some of y’all seem to have. You guys are generational

  12. Black_wolf_disease

People really out here comparing Michael Jordan lite to a 7 foot 2 James Harden

  13. Writtenfrommyphone

  14. NicoRosbergBurner

Generational levels of hate this playoffs

  15. Call_Me_Rambo

*Checks flair* Huh, I really was expecting a Nuggets flair

  16. R/NBA is appearing more often in my reddit feed and I’m reading the comments and Jesus Christ are people normally this toxic?

  17. Not fair to compare him to a guy who played 2 games lmao, small sample size and even if Kawhi played 4+ games, he’s Kawhi and is a robot in the playoffs.

  18. BillowingPillows

Hahahaha this is some elite garbage posting/trolling.

  19. nugcityharambe

Did yall watch any games in the 1st round? The nets whole plan was to double and triple team him so he was moving the ball.

  20. alex_119

And what the fuck does it even matter when one of them is still in the postseason while the other is vacationing? No hate on Kawhi, actually the opposite, but these kind of nitpicked stats just aren’t called for.

  21. tw3rkmileytw3rk

He just played his 4th game of this playoffs ffs lol ngl this post is so absurd it’s lowkey funny, good on ya OP

People are so militant and hypocritical about their criticism of players. First, it’s MVP is a “regular season award” so postseason play doesn’t matter. Then, when they don’t deliver or struggle in the postseason, it’s proof they didn’t deserve the award after all and it should have gone to the other candidate. Oh, and we’ll consider injuries until we don’t. They only matter in the playoffs – but they also don’t, and maybe they matter in the halfway point of the season but *not* the last game. And don’t we know that the MVP award is just an award influenced by voter fatigue and pity? Never has someone received it legitimately. Oh, and then there’s winners who have been on bad teams. Let’s not even talk about that

  25. nicklee803

And yet one is in the first round and one is in the second

  26. turboash78

He should not have been out there last night, looked scared to move and I don’t blame him… knee injuries are awful.

  27. Otherwise-Tale9671

Kawhi is a once in a lifetime basketball figure. Because he is hurt so much, he turns into this mythical player that “would beat anyone in the playoffs” if healthy. But then again, when he is healthy, he does actually beat anyone he plays in the playoffs. It’s just crazy at this point

  28. Best ability is availability. Both these guys fail.
