Game Recap: Warriors 127, Lakers 100



Led by Klay Thompson’s 30 points (8-11 3pt FG), the Warriors defeated the Lakers in Game 2, 127-100. Stephen Curry (20 points, 12 assists) and Draymond Green (11 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists) added a combined 31 points for the Warriors in the victory, while LeBron James (23 points, seven rebounds) and Anthony Davis (11 points, seven rebounds, four assists, three blocks) combined for 34 points for the Lakers in the losing effort. This best-of-seven series is now tied, 1-1, with Game 3 taking place on Saturday, May 6 (8:30 p.m. ET, ABC).

    Darvin Ham should learn to trust his bench players, if the starters not making the job done then maybe try looking at his bench guys. Reeves and Dennis sucks in game 2

    AD can’t be the third and damn near 4th best scorer on the team. They lost by 27, if he scored even 15 more points it probably would’ve opened the floor up to another 10 or 12 from the other guys over the game and this could’ve been closer or a win but I get the feeling the Warriors knew AD was being passive this game and it lead to a blowout.

    He is the most frustrating star to watch in the league. Watch the first highlight. That is the most pathetic action after I pick you can do, doesn’t pop to 3 and doesn’t roll, just meanders around a really inefficient area.

    Like I said it after game 1, Anthony is an inconstant player. He delivers one good game and then 2 or 3 flop.

    Was expected. AD have to rest for the next 2 games. The objective was a 1 win in the bay, hopefully it works for them

    If the Lakers want to get past the tie, Anthony Davis has to be very good. Golden State warriors are a very good team. Pretty playoff!.

    Y'all complaining because AD or Lebron perfomed bad how about the rest of the team Schroder dropped only 4 and Beasly only 2 points😑😑😑 they can do better but yet again it's the Warriors who are a dynasty a powerhouse in the NBA

    When GS wins it is because the team is strong, when GS loses it is not because the other team is strong either but just because GS is weak

    As it should 1-1. Well done Warriors. Good performance for both fans it was a game worth watching. Lakers needs AD to wake up play defense on rebounds. Looney dint play and yet he can’t rebound. It’ll be Lakers Win game 3

    Why is this guy the head narrator of NBA highlights?

    Don't get me wrong; I'd rather him than Ro Parrish, who I'm very glad they got rid of because he always made the highlights all about him and his terrible rhymes.

    This guy borders on being thoroughly obnoxious far too much though, and he clearly has no real respect for the players given his continued refusal to call Giannis by the Greek surname he has chosen to keep going by since he moved to America.

    I’m game one the refs gave the lakers 29 free throws and the warriors had 5. In the game it was 16-17 free throws and it was a blow out. The lakers better hope they get more games from the game one refs or this series will be over quickly
