Then what? Have Lebron chuck up 3s where he’s 21% this playoffs?

  2. shoelover46

With the Lakers luck they’ll only call the illegal screens on us and not the warrios.

  3. winter-r0se

what people don’t pay attention to is that their off ball (illegal) screening is why they get open lanes & 3s. something we could look to do. they be clearing out 2 players at once for them to get that semi open layup.. i get why espn doesn’t do the replays as much because when they actually do, very bad look

we need to be aware off ball. everyone stick to their man and communicate in transition. sometimes we have 3 players running to one for no reason

  4. Golden state has done that since bogut, it’s not gonna change. Stop it, refs gonna let them play, if ur gonna start calling that constantly then you should call off ball fouls as well. Personally I don’t wanna watch that shit 10 fouls on curry off ball or AD in the post.

  5. obliterateopio

That Curry screen early in the game lol. Dude didn’t even care to set his feet

  6. upwardsandforward

I noted this in r/nba and was downvoted. Sentiment is that everyone illegal screens. The problem then is that Refs will choose who wins which isn’t great.

  7. vkewalra

Sell the contact, Hollywood acting. Vando threw his body around like he got shot with a 45 and they called it

  8. FGonGiveItToYa

Warriors are doing it for a decade. Best counter is to flop. They’ll call illegal screens on us

  9. sortpricelowtohigh

They flop on screens esp Poole , those will get called on us

  10. litlegoblinjr

Even beyond illegal screens look at how draymond is reffed compared to all other players in the league

  11. Pay4Convenience

It’s been this way with the Warriors for **years.**

People want to act surprised now? Please.

  12. EchoXray

Ah yes the esteemed Cranjis McBasketball

  13. dreenhagen

GS been doing this for almost a decade if lakers start doing it now it will for sure be called why do you think Drains the guy who complains everytime the refs blow the whistle doesnt say anything when they call moving screen on him once a game he knows how much they get away with it

  14. jono9898

This is a terrible idea, Warriors get away with it, Lakers won’t, Lakers need to switch off on the screen, fight through it or flop.

  15. This is the biggest issue with playing against them and why they’re basically unbeatable in the playoffs even without KD and with plenty of weaknesses in their roster, no matter how good you are defensively if a team is allowed to set such strong screens that guarantee open 3s for the best shooters ever you’re at a massive disadvantage.

We could try to do the same but it would be so obvious to the refs that they’ll call it on us straight away, whereas with the Warriors the refs have been influenced for years to ignore their illegal screening as that’s their entire identity and play style and it’s entertaining to watch.

  16. Bigmoney-K

They were catching the Grizzlies in charges left and right too gotta step up that trap game!

  17. stewmander

Warriors been doing the illegal screens for nearly a decade now.

Now I am noticing the push offs on every possession by Curry and Klay. I think Curry got called for one in game 2, which goes to show you how much they actually are doing it. I don’t know if this is new, something they’ve started doing a lot more, or I am just noticing it, but it happens like every play lol

  18. booty_sweat_juice

High school refs were insanely harsh with moving screens. No matter where I played in SoCal, refs were on point with those calls. You even slide your foot a centimeter and they call an illegal screen.

Hurts me to watch the NBA game knowing that I got shafted hard.

  19. PumpsPivotsFires

been doing this for a decade fucking hate this team

  20. Adam2190

I guarantee the Lakers would be called for it though.

  21. goatnxtinline

There was a bunch of bad calls from the refs yesterday, I kept hearing van gundy call them out. But we already knew that was going to be the case.

  22. shittybootyhole

Lol the refs would call it if the lakers do it

  23. Silly-Message-5076

We should push the screener into Curry a few time so he can get hit a few times which help make him tired

  24. aftpanda2u

I can’t count how many times I said ‘oh Daymond is moving’. Shit is annoying.

  25. Apoplexy

why bother worrying about fouls when the lakers already statistically get the best whistle in the league and the warriors are only averaging 10 fta this series? not a hater it just seems like there are bigger reasons they lost yesterday. even if the lakers screen more it’s not like they’re an elite jump shot team.

  26. DeafManatee

Something people have been screaming about since Bogut was on the Warriors almost 10 years ago.

This team will figure it out. You have to be able to adjust in the playoffs, and I’m confident the Lakers will.

  27. conwaythemachine

They’re literally allowed to play football and block for their shooters to get open it’s fucking disgusting

  28. Hungry-Act8691

If the French fucks and LeNike are trying to injure and grab knees than GSW needs to ID that and stomp when possible. Foh.

  29. QUINNFLORE

the refs have been letting draymond run block on his screens for 10+ years. this isn’t anything new

  30. Immediate_Candidate5

Idk if you guys notice this, but everytime Draymond pump fake on ad then pass, he push ad so ad would lose momentum and couldn’t jump to block the other guy
