Don’t know how many in this sub are gamers, but I found a simulation/management basketball video game on Steam called Pro Basketball Manager 2023. Store link [here](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1875310/Pro_Basketball_Manager_2023/).
I’m currently in the 23-24 season playing as Memphis (naturally). It isn’t a perfect game by any means (dev tram is like 3 people), but it does a lot of things really well. I’ve really enjoyed my time with it.
A few highlights from my playthrough so far…
– I traded Brooks after a few games, straight up, for Tobias Harris.
– Traded LaRavia for Robert Williams (all my Centers were injured at one point, felt familiar).
– Got the 2nd seed and beat the Lakers in the first round!
– Beat the Bulls in 6 for the title (Ball was healthy; they won like 65 games).
– Offseason: had to let Steve-o walk, he wanted like 30 mil a year, greedy bastard.
– Harris was an upgrade from Brooks, but was pretty inefficient. Traded him, Jones, and Aldama to Houston for Tari Eason, Daishen Nix, and a low draft pick.
-Had enough cap space to sign Jakob Poeltl (Centers are expensive man).
-Hurt to do it, but traded Tillman to Detroit for Killian Hayes; had a lot of bigs and Chandler wasn’t quite ready to be the 2nd string.
– Started 23-24 like 32-4, have leveled off a bit but am just behind Denver in the standings.
Super fun and good value game; it is $25 and it goes on sale for like $15. Steam has Memorial Day and Summer sale coming up if you want to get it cheap.
