REKAP: Chicago Bulls 102-82 Win Over the Washington Wizards – Do You Want The Bulls To Keep Winning?



The game was close at the half. Even into the third quarter it stayed fairly close. But #AlexCaruso hit a couple of three pointers and the big three played very well. #DeMarDeRozan had 29 points, #ZachLavine had 27, and #NikolaVučević had another double-double. #PatrickBeverley was good on the boards and defended well. But the Bulls were again terrible from the three point line.

But #Kap wants to know, does it really matter if the Bulls sneak into the play-in tournament? Would you rather have the #Bulls lose these games and hope that they get lucky with the lottery balls and get a top 4 pick, which they would get to keep?

    Orlando gets our pick anyway. We are rooting for Portland to get the 6 seed. But yeah, we want Beverly's toughness to rub off on other guys. If we play tough we are a very good dangerous team.

    Think the players mentality changed when Ball was done again. Then add Beverly's toughness. If they can win out, peak in the playoffs we seen teams make runs to EC finals etc with momentum.

    If we end up in the top 4. Great. But this isn't a tanking organization. If it happens cuz we play like shit then fine. But I'm not TRYING to lose with the talent this team has

    It seems to a degree that we have a new edition of Gar-Pax running things. Now we have to see if it's really the ownership has pulled the purse strings extra. The other big problem is consistency in effort. A lot of questions for this organization to contemplate and act on. I don't want to see the team give up and tank the rest of the season. Changes are still needed and in my opinion it starts with the Reinsdorf family and rolls downhill from there.

    I want them to win. Screw that lottery mentality. We did that and hit '7' 3 times. Guys need to play out and learn to fight adversity. I'm over trying to do the next best thing. This is our roster right now. WIN!

    I disagree I think the Bulls can still get into the get into either the 5 or 6 seed but they will need a lot of help and win maybe 18 of the last 23 games. It's a lot of work but there is talent on the team problem is the Bulls underperform so badly this year.

    I'd rather have them make it into the play in and see how the group plays. It's just too much of a long shot to get into the top 4 to go into tank mode so you might as well see what this group can do and evaluate who you keep in the off season.

    No, the goal should be getting a top 4 pick in the draft and then trading DeRozan and Zach for a ton of 1st round picks, if possible.

    I think the Bulls are too big of a franchise with a lot of fans and power to be tanking. They should not be relying on draft picks they should use their capital but we have one of the most stingy owners in Reinsdorf.

    Win as many games as possible and see what they could do in the play-in. Maybe something will spark, who knows! They won’t get a top 4 pick and I don’t want them giving a top 10 pick to an Orlando team on the come up. Win out!
