Would you be willing to pick Scoot Henderson if you were running the Indiana Pacers?
I know BPA is usually the right thing to do. But I just really dislike the idea of Scoot, I don’t think it will work out. This is just too bad of a fit for the foundation the pacers have laid out. We saw what kind of fit Tyrese was with this kind of player with De’Aaron. Our 3 best young players, and 4 of our 5 best players, are already guards. I think this is a situation where BPA is not the right choice, should it come down to it.
We should trade the no.2 pick for a good wing.
Why not discuss top prospects for potential 7, 26, 29,etc picks? There is so much talent and so many layers to such discussions. Isntead, we are going with 'What if Pacers got lucky w/ a 1-4 pick, derp. Lets talk about Wembanyama/Scott/Miller for the 345353457th time'.

He is potentially better than Mathurin (and even Hali)
If Pacers end up with #2, they should absolutely take him
If Hali can coexist with Mathurin, then he can coexist with Henderson
Passing on Henderson because he's not a good fit is how you end up with Sam Bowie over Michael Jordan
i think if we get 2 we should trade down for miller or just draft him its a better fit for nearly the same upside plus i think hes further along defensively which would really help
I think the Pacers should take Scoot if given the chance. After all it is a guardiocentric universe here in Indiana
