The leadership of the Heat is the main reason. From Pat Riley to Alonzo Mourning to Erik Spoelstra to Udonis Haslem and to Jimmy Butler. They collectively get the best out of this team.

This would be one of the greatest championships and stories in sports history. Considering the Heat are an 8th seed and to be the first to win it all, but also the fact that they were one loss away from not being in the playoffs would be the craziest thing.
