After a while the Celtics just have no excuses. They are an undisciplined, disengaged team that thinks they can out-talent their opponents

  2. Both_Funny4896

cant wait for Bill Simmons’ tears 🤣

  3. Legacy series for pretty much half of the Sixers team. Keep talking shit on Embiid, Harden, Tobi, and House 😤

  4. DLgoblue12

Guys I think Ime Udoka was the better coach after all

  5. Vermillion_Crab

Marc Stein and Las Vegas in shambles rn

  6. Nothing worse than getting booed at home by your fans…

  7. TIL Leprechauns are big fans of nuclear meltdowns, seriously though what the *fuck* kinda performance was that?

If the Sixers actually manage to pull this off; I’ll miss the “second round” memes but god damn they’ve earned it this year.

Then again, I remember Boston going down 0-1, 1-2, and 2-3 against Milwaukee last season and they comfortably won Game(s) 6 & 7, so shit’s not over yet.

  8. oldkidgrumble

Celtics fucked around, now they’re on the verge of finding out

  9. Ritchie_Blackmore

And we thought it was all over after game 3. The negative energy this franchise radiates is immeasurable.

  10. OverusedRedditJoke

Jaylen Brown is shooting 57% on the series. I just don’t understand why he’s only taking 15 shots a game

  11. TheAerial

The MVP doing MVP things. Embiid reminding everyone despite the game to game hot take whiplash of the media, he is still the best player in this series.

Absolutely unstoppable offensively and a monster impact on the defensive side of the floor.

  12. suzukigun4life

    Tatum: – 26 in 40 minutes

    PritchGOD: +14 in 8 minutes

Do with that information whatever you want

  13. DistillCollection

Some say Al Horford is still trying to hit a three

  14. legend023

Can the Joel Embiid haters crowd shut up now

  15. TheAgGatsby

Bucks fans praying that the Celtics lose so that r/nba can move on to clowning another franchise

  16. PrancingDonkey

Great win by the 76ers. Let’s see if they can protect homecourt now.

  17. FultzShoulder

We already know about Embiid, Harden and Maxey so I’ll skip that part.

Tobias was having a legacy game but the refs ain’t having none of it. His double double in the 1st half was huge.

Danuel House with a Lonnie Walker.

Finally, shout out to double agent Al Horford. That contract the Sixers gave him finally paying off.

  18. 177676ers

every single sixer was awesome. Cant believe that just happened.

  19. mindthesnekpls

Hope? Is that you? Please don’t do this to me.

  20. janoo1989

got my notifications on for that next Bill Simmons pod

  21. _TIMBER_

So does this count as an Embid playoff moment?

  22. TruthSayerFu

Don’t get fooled by his points. Tatum shot them out of the game early

  23. SaintSavage1

76ers vs Heat ECF like we all predicted

  24. Sam24995

Game was closer on paper than in reality, great performance by Philly.

  25. If we get past the 2nd round for the first time in 22 years by eliminating the Celtics at home, Philly might implode

Which is why I’m entirely convinced the Sixers are going to lay a massive egg in game 6 lol

  26. Good thing Jaylen Brown isn’t allowed to shoot 27 shots. Could’ve been a real problem for us

  27. How dare the Celtics cut the lead to 12 just to pretend this game was even that close

  28. NoobOnTheRun

you’re telling me an NBA team is allowed to hold on to double digits leads?

  29. YouStillTakeDamage

Embiid was the best player on the floor by a country mile. Completely in control on both ends of the floor, Boston couldn’t do a thing against him.

  30. mcassweed

I think this is the first time ever I have seen a team get favorable whistles, but still get blown out.

  31. I thought for two seconds Payton Prichard was going to bring them back from the brink.

  32. transizzle

Wow. Nobody gave Philly a shot in this series given the history and Embiid/Harden’s reputations. Heck, more people thought the Kings could beat the Warriors than Philly beating Boston.

  33. kendrickshalamar

Harden no look bounce passing to Embiid all night was beautiful

  34. Genjinaro

It’s sad man. We’re soo close to being free from the 2nd round but I’m afraid to hope.

So happy I lost my bet tonight. Hopefully I lose one more bet.

  35. jnprrnsp

I am once again begging for Mr. Hao to be in attendance for Game 6

  36. In truth the margin between these 2 teams is paper thin. They’re both really really good.

For the national media and Celtics fans (lot of overlap there) their disrespect of the Sixers should be washed out of their collective mouth by now.

I always had this going 7 games and I still think it will.

But it’s a coin toss between these teams and I think the winner will take home the championship.

  37. Phenomenal2313

Doc has coached this series perfectly , made the right adjustments and is showing why he was included as a Top 15 coach

Boston is going to fuck around
