    What about: "What should Dallas Mavericks do if they get the 11th pick?"
    It seems people don't realize it's a 20% chance.
    In my opinion it's a NECESSARY exercise from fans and whole Mavs world to be able to move on and get better.

    If we get the 4th, I would look to trade the pick in a package for a young rotation player with upside, or trade back 10 picks or so to pick up a rotation player without upside

    My understanding was the Mavs could only get the #1,2,3, or 10th pick in the lottery. Is that wrong?

    Why don't we just trade back for 8 and a future 1st that we can use in a trade package.
    Draft Hendrix with 8 and use that pick and 2026 combined with 2 pick swaps josh green and thj for OG for example.

    I just think my 5 team trade idea for the Mavericks would be a great way for them to clear out space and keep Kyrie here long term because you gotta find ways to keep the roster afloat

    okc would have to give more than that but not a bad trade. no deal with wizards that doesn't get Deni, maybe Gary Trent and Kaloko, maybe Jovic and O. Robinson but not hero. the single last thing we need is to waste a spot on another guard we have to many now.
