This is well deserved for Caruso, his hustle, defense and energy is very helpful. He was a big impact of our defense and it being in the top 10 defense this season I am proud of Caruso.

I said it last year that if he and Lonzo Ball would've stayed healthy last year, then they both would've been All-Defensive teamers. Caruso ended up making first team All-Defense and it was well deserved……good for him.

The thing about stats is that you can manipulate or isolate the things you want to see. Even for Caruso I can bring up the stat that the Bull's plus or minus is always at it's best when he starts. But it's really the eye test that matters. You can tell he not only energizes the team he is a leader with his effort. Of all the things that we can say in hindsight the bulls are unlucky for, we are lucky the Lakers dropped the ball on Caruso.
