Fuck. Yeah, 3rd team is a fucking travesty. The current NBA is stacked with statistics chasers, but Dame has never been a stat chaser.
And to see him accomplish this over 58 games…with 24 games left before he got benched to tank the season. Everyone knows he’s a second-half season superstar. And let’s not forget that there is a minimum of 58 games to be played before you can be considered for All-NBA honors. Whatever.
His excellence is not lost on true Blazers and professional basketball fans everywhere.

I’m happy he made it, considering we shut him down early and tanked hard this year. Easy to argue him over Mitchell, but same could be said for Fox.
I personally would have had Fox/SGA 1st team, Steph/Dame 2nd team, Luka/Mitchell 3rd. But at least our guy made a team, all things considered.

Dame was great when playing. I feel like if your team actively tanks and you sit out a few games to push the tank then you shouldn’t make the team. If dame played all season then I think first or second would make sense.
