In a vacuum Pascal is worth a 4/192m but given some of the context surrounding our team (dissapointing season, young star at the same position, roster construction/balance issues), I don’t think it’s likely much comes here.
I wouldn’t be shocked if after most of the offseason is done, and if we haven’t traded him, we offer this. But I don’t think this is the kind of thing we’d offer in July, as we’d want to keep our trade options open.
While I definitely don’t want the Raptors to overpay for Siakam in his, likely, down years, the fact that media voting can make such a massive difference in a player’s salary is ridiculous. Way too much power and opportunity for questionable voting.

Now, I love Pascal, but either of those numbers for a guy that can’t absolutely carry us in the playoffs is not a smart move.
