The Golden State Warriors bounced back to avoid elimination in their 121-106 Game 5 win against the Los Angeles Lakers. Steph Curry, Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins all scored 20+ points but a big concern for the purple and gold is Anthony Davis’s health. AD left the game during the fourth quarter after receiving an elbow from James Looney while fighting for the rebound. He was also escorted out via wheelchair but has reportedly avoided a concussion after an initial evaluation. Colin Cowherd reacts to the Warriors big win but expresses his concern for the team likely relying on ‘their fastball’ the remainder of the series, then predicts who wins Game 6 pending AD’s health.

If the warriors win its because step and two other players drop a reelly effective 20 plus points and the rebounding is close and the warriors play close to the same pace as last night if it’s just curry it’s game over . Praying for game 6 klay but him and Poole have been unplayable all series
Whether or not the warriors can win in LA comes down to how well they take care of the ball, how well they shoot the ball, and how soft the fouls are called. If Draymond gets taken out of the game like in game 3, there’s no chance.

Series is over if the Lakers don't win Game 6, all the pressure is on them now. Also, AD and Schroder need to stop with this nonsense of falling down and yelling after EVERY single shot attempt at the rim. I counted 4 plays where they did this and GS ran the other way and scored 5 on 4. LeBron did it a couple times too. I'm sure they are getting hacked but they need to stop that, it is not helping them at all. Get back on D. Schroder has been abysmal with the turnovers and bad shots, give his minutes to Walker or try Troy Brown even. Hopefully the Lakers come out w purpose and bury them in Game 6, if not they are not going to win Game 7 in GS.

The Warriors injured Andrew Davis on purpose. Loonie looked back, to see if he was there and then elbowed Andrew Davis in the head. If the Lakers did that to Steph Curry, there would be a riot in San Francisco. San Francisco, sets more illegal screens than every team in the NBA combined.
If Warriors win it all this year despite the odds, then the GP2 move will go down as the greatest reacquisition in NBA history.
I have more confidence in Andrew Wiggins and Gary Payton playing well on the road and at home than I do in the other stars not named Stephen Curry. Not sure how much basketball Colin watches.
