If though they lost Durant should had still been able to score 30 Plus points and should of had a 50 point plus game, with 30 to 35 points consistently and he could do that. Little Steph was ablt to have consistent games with 30 to 35, not all but more so than Durant. Durant is top 20 now

KD is a great player but he needs to be on a team with a great culture and leadership because he's not that guy. He's a hooper, but he doesn't really play that game within a game stuff, galvanize the troops, set the expectations, typical leadership cliche stuff etc. etc. It could be a defensive tone setter (aka Draymond Green) or a top two way player.

That was 3 seasons ago, he’s still coming off an Achilles and ageing, KD is done….
He will only deteriorate further, till he becomes a spot up shooter by age 37-38…he will be 35 next season.
At some point you aren’t playing as good as you used to, he can’t give you 60 healthy games a season, he last played 55+ games in 18-19 !
He’s in decline…he couldn’t even match Jokic, so he’s not going to get better

You don't win titles alone. You can see he is avoiding physical play due to possible mental trauma from injuries. Also, you have starters and bench missing wide open shots, an injure cp3, and you got ayton being outplayed hard by pf and centers. Btw, durant is playing pf as well. Remember when James played as pf or pg due to lack of those positions? He wasn't that productive. I wonder why? Because he is a SF. I swear some people just spout nonsense without thinking. Was kd good the past 2 years? No. I will say that as a huge kd fan but you also have to admit, he is filling in as a pf and he keeps coming back from an injury. Im sorry to say, mental trauma is a thing. Injuries are not that easy to get over. Especially, career ending ones. Let's be more empathetic and actually use our brains as well.
